With a background in yoga, hot vinyasa, hot hatha and yin, you can expect something exciting and new each time in my yoga classes! I lead workouts that are multilevel to include everyone, offering modifications and variations to support you in creating your own experience.
Fav Mantra: “I am ___”. I like to meditate on this mantra by filling in the blank with whatever it is that I need to hear and be reminded of. It’s a way to empower myself and clear any distortion the ego can create.
Fav Pose: Pincha (because it’s so much work to get!), wild thing (love a heart opener) and dancer (a total power pose).
