Yoga brought me closer to myself, allowed me to find power in stillness that I desperately needed, and led me to completely shift my career path. Within a couple of years, I went from working in the fashion industry in New York City to becoming a full-time Holistic Health Coach and Yoga Teacher.
With an emphasis on utilizing breath as a tool, my classes can help you integrate mind and body for a more present and connected practice.
When I’m not teaching yoga or helping women in their health journey, I’m probably on the beach with my husband and my Golden Retriever (Fish), getting cozy with a book, or having a dirty martini.
