Took a private class with MJ for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was perfect. The flow was just what we needed after a night of fun in 30A.
30A’s absolute best yoga class! I had never attended a sculpt yoga class and it was described as a combination of yoga and boot camp. It was the perfect combination of stretching and balance mixed with cardio and resistance. MJ was absolutely fabulous—high energy, motivating, and gave clear, encouraging cues that kept the entire class flowing. The music was spot-on and perfectly matched the intensity and vibe of the workout. The studio itself is beautiful—clean, welcoming, and filled with great energy. The natural light streaming in warmed up the room and created such an uplifting atmosphere. I left feeling stronger, centered, and inspired. Highly recommend taking a class with MJ if you get the chance!

I absolutely loved this boutique studio! From the moment I walked in, it felt so fun and inviting. The space itself is gorgeous, and the atmosphere immediately puts you in a good mood. The instructor was welcoming, kind, and upbeat, and the music kept the energy high the whole class. The workout struck the perfect balance—fun, engaging, and definitely a sweat session! I left feeling great and can’t wait to come back. Next time I’m in 30A, this will be the first place I book a class.

Add YOGA to your list when visiting the beach! You will not regret it! We chose to go in studio as opposed to yoga on the beach for the hip hop sculpt class - best decision ever. MJ was our instructor and brought a good balance of motivation and fun - lol! Everyone enjoyed themselves!
We had the absolute best time at our beach yoga session with MJ. The weather turned out to be perfect and everyone really enjoyed it - even our first timers! MJ had the best personality and he made everyone feel super comfortable and not judged! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Would 1000% do this again and recommend it to everyone.
MJ is fabulous. He is motivating and encouraging. Was on vacation this week and tried to go any day I possibly could! Worked up a drenching sweat and felt so good afterwards! Wish he could bring his class to Raleigh!!!
I am so happy I stumbled upon sculpt studio when searching for a place to host a private bachelorette workout class. The class was so fun and perfect for all fitness levels. We enjoyed every moment of the class from the workout to the mimosa's and just the chatting at the end! So easy to book and plan, I could not recommend enough!
MJ was great!! He was very energetic and a great teacher. I went 2 days in a row and appreciated the class being different each day. Loved the combo of yoga a strength with weights. Music was good too. Highly recommend.
Bently and MJ made the whole booking process so fun and easy!! I wish I lived in 30A because I would be going to see them for classes everyday. They were so fun and professional and the yoga class was the highlight of the bachelor trip. Our group had so much fun and loved the energy both of them gave off. We could not recommend a private class more!!
We did a morning yoga session for my sister’s bachelorette trip with Sculpt Studio & I couldn’t recommend it enough!!! It was the best way to get our trip started. The session was originally suppose to be on the beach, but we had to move inside due to weather. They were so easy to coordinate with! The experience was amazing. The session was so empowering. We had girls from 18-60 years old on our trip and everyone was able to modify movements that worked for them. If I’m ever back in the area I’d love to go again! They made me want to try find somewhere close to home to do yoga at because of how great I felt after the session. Not only did my body feel good, but my mind. If you’re even thinking about checking this place out you definitely should! You won’t regret it.

Absolutely! Check out this workout - it's perfect!! I had always admired yoga from a stretching and wellness standpoint but preferred workouts that were more intense and burned more calories. Yoga Sculpt is the best of both worlds!!! You will leave there dripping from a full body experience of strength work, calorie burning and stretching. IT. IS. AWESOME!!! Beyond the fantastic workouts, the music, the energy, the vibe and the owners, MJ and Bentley, are just terrific. LOVE, love, love everything about it!! You will not regret adding this to your vacation agenda.
We had a morning yoga class for my sister’s bachelorette, and it was a wonderful experience! The instructor had such a calming yet fun persona, and the studio was welcoming and very clean! We also enjoyed the mimosas package which was the perfect touch! Definitely check them out if you’re ever in town! 🤍🧘🏻♀️

This class was such a great way to start the day! We did a morning flow on the beach and it was incredibly relaxing. MJ was sooo calming and got us in a great headspace. We wished we could keep him with us all weekend long. I cannot recommend a private class on the beach enough!
We booked a private beach yoga session for a bachelorette party with Sculpt Studio 30A! The process was so easy to schedule and set up a date/time, Bentley and MJ were easy to contact and replied quickly. MJ was our yoga instructor for the morning, he was super encouraging and had the best attitude. He really set the tone for the flow and easily guided everyone through the session. I cannot recommend this place enough!
MJ is amazing and this class is energetic, fun, challenging, and grounding. Felt amazing afterwards! Can be any level to take it too which is great bc I’m definitely beginner!

This was the BEST group fitness class I have ever taken on a vacation. I’m an avid barre and yoga practitioner and CYT- and I was SO thrilled to get an incredible work out and work in with MJ. His music was fire! And he prioritized breath and controlled movement over reps and flailing. If I lived here I would take his class everyday.
Such a positive experience! MJ was personable and interactive. The class was the perfect combo of strength and stretch. Just the right amount of challenge! The room was warm which I appreciated. Not too hot, not too cold. Definitely recommend!

The energy, the vibes, the music—this studio is pure magic. MJ is truly heaven-sent. His classes are the perfect mix of challenging, soulful, and uplifting. I’ve laughed, I’ve cried, and I always walk out feeling lighter, less stressed, and completely inspired. Working out here has genuinely changed my life. If I lived here full time, I’d be in class every single day. Best workout ever!!!! TRULY MY FAVORITE!!!

I took a class at Sculpt Studio 30A while on vacation, and I can't say enough about how incredible it was! MJ made the class both challenging and fun, with just the right balance of encouragement and guidance and an incredible playlist! I was so impressed that I immediately signed up for another class! This class is AMAZING! I live five hours away and am already trying to figure out when I can come back and take another class. MJ was a great instructor. The class was definitely challenging but rewarding. I brought 10 girls back with me for the second class and bought class passes for the week! I recommend this class to anyone!!

Sculpt Studios hosted the best private yoga class for my sister’s bachelorette party. There was 9 of us and we did the package with mimosas, which were excellent. The class was perfect for our collective skill level and very enjoyable for the whole group. The playlist was awesome as well. I can’t recommend Sculpt Studios enough to have either a private yoga class or join a public class they offer. They were amazing!
This is by far the best workout class I’ve ever done! MJ’s positive and calming energy is contagious and his passion for what he does is clear from the second you step into the studio. His classes are a great mix of calming and intensity. He creates an environment where everyone feels comfortable no matter what level they are at. My whole family began coming to Sculpt Studio and I’m so grateful we did. You’ll leave feeling accomplished and inspired!
We’ve been coming to 30A for several years and as a long time practitioner of yoga and sculpt classes, I’ve been looking for a studio to practice at while on vacation. Sculpt Studio is amazing! MJ offers just the right balance of breath, flow, and strength work in an environment that is beautiful and easily accessible from all the beaches along 30A. I’m so grateful to have finally found Sculpt Studio and will definitely be returning any time we’re in town!

I had the best time at Sculpt Studio during my bachelorette trip this past weekend! The workout class was exactly what I hoped for—fun, energizing, and challenging. The instructor was welcoming and created such a positive, high-energy atmosphere. It was the perfect way to get active and enjoy some group bonding before the celebrations began!
This is my favorite workout on 30a. MJ is so intentional and packs in a great workout!
I took two sculpt classes with MJ while in the area on vacation with my family. I absolutely loooooved this studio. The instructor guided us through a sweaty class, it was the perfect start to my mornings. I will definitely buy a package for the next time that we are in the area.

Sculpt 30A even curated a playlist of all my sister’s favorite artists for a very personal touch. 10/10 would recommend and the class was a great way to rejuvenate in the middle of our trip! We made memories here and when we come back, we will definitely be incorporating a trip to sculpt 30A in our itinerary :)
I love this studio so much!! I always left the classes feeling great! I worked in watersound for the summer so I went to these classes pretty regularly and MJ (the owner) was always a great instructor and led the classes with great intention! If you are in the 30a area I highly recommend this studio!!
Possibly one of the most unique experiences I’ve had in Grayton Beach. Mike is amazing! His class was relaxing while he challenged us to reach further. We had a private class for our family on Grayton Beach. I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you, Mike, for a truly memorable time😊

Mike instructed an incredible and relaxing yoga class on the beach. Sculpt Studio provided a fun class for all ages and levels of experience. I cannot recommend this studio enough!
Sculpt studio is great! Their HIIT Yoga class is a great mix for beginning to intermediate levels. We booked a private class for a Bachelorette Trip and the team was easy to work with and so much fun, would absolutely recommend for any trips in the area.

Bentley worked with us the week leading up to the class chatting about the weather and a couple of game plans in case of rain. Truly such a great experience, thank you again! Bentley and MJ are an awesome duo. Bentley was super responsive and accommodating, while MJ was an excellent instructor. The class was so fun and a perfect mix of fun and a solid workout. Our group (a bachelorette) loved it and we would all recommend this if you are visiting the beach and need a fun activity with good people!

Bentley & MJ brought the best energy to our morning and made sure we all felt comfortable in their stunning studio space. We had many different fitness levels in our group, but each of us left talking about how perfect the class was and how peaceful and energized we felt! As someone who visits the area often, I will most certainly be back for a class in the future!!
The Best Period! I've never been one to stick to a fitness routine/workout schedule, but after taking over 300 classes at this amazing studio, it's safe to say I'm hooked! It's fun, intense, motivating, addicting and a full body workout. MJ and Bentley are welcoming, encouraging and go above and beyond to provide a gorgeous space filled with a friendly community to let go of your worries/insecurities and enjoy breathing, moving, sweating and more to awesome beats! Beware, it's addicting….in the best way!
Sculpt studio is the absolute BEST place to workout on 30A! I’m lucky enough to live here full time and attend 3-4 classes a week! I don’t even know what life was before I started taking classes here! MJ and Bentley are pure gold and I know I will leave every class feeling stronger, happier and ready to take on my day. There are plenty of class times offered as well as indoor and outdoor options! Whether you are a local or just here on vacation you MUST come try a class! I promise you won’t regret it! 💜

I booked a morning beach yoga class for my sisters bachelorette & I wish I could give it 6 stars. great music, amazing view, the class was hard, but completely adaptable to everyone’s fitness levels. 10/10 will book with MJ & Bentley the next time we are in FL!
We visited sculpt studio for a private 1 hour yoga class to celebrate our bachelorette. Bentley was prompt in her communication and flexible when beach yoga was not possible due to the rain. The studio was a stunning place to practice, sweat, move to the music, and detox from the night before. We would not hesitate to book again! Thank you, Bentley and MJ!!
A close friend recommended that during my bachelorette trip in 30A that I take my girls to a fabulous yoga class. Sculpt Studio was nothing short of perfection! The class was upbeat, relaxing, and accommodating to all levels! My girls and I raved about the class for the rest of the day with how relaxed and comfortable our bodies felt after our 60 minute session with MJ. MJ was the most accommodating yogi on the planet!! He worked with our timeline and our bride’s music choices and honestly just reminded us that we were there to celebrate not only her but us and our bodies!! He reminded us to smile and giggle and fall and laugh!! He cheered us on as we cheered on each other!!
